ReplyDeleteThere was one time last winter when Z., at (then) less than 2 used a 4-syllable word, and we cheered. A little later in the same trip, the radio played a clip of Bush using a 4-syllable word, and we were also impressed. Then we realized how low our standards have fallen since January of 2001.

ReplyDeleteIncredible! I love it. The May Queen often uses big words, but not always correctly. I love it, though, because it shows me that I'm not afraid to use big words around her, and she's picking it up. They will all figure it out eventually.
